I had so much fun making up the ABC's of Flower Peddler that I've decided to do the same thing for another fave place of mine - DayBreak Lavender Farm.
I love DayBreak Lavender Farm's products. I receive many *many* products from clients as well as the numerous products I purchase each year and DayBreak's are among my top favorite.
Jody and Michael sell a wide variety of items so the choice is not what to get - rather, it's what NOT to get! To help with your shopping list, I've created what I'm calling "The ABC's of DayBreak - Essential Items you MUST own"! With the exception of Q and X (and what products start with those letters anyway?!) each letter of the alphabet has its magnificent counterpart at available DayBreak Lavender Farm!

ALL ALOE ALL THE TIME:
This delicious bar is chock full of rich, thick, soothing lather. It cleans your skin w/out drying it out. And smells fab as it's doing so! One of my absolute favorite soaps of all time!
By-U 4-U FACIAL OIL:
Little explanation is needed for this - I just wrote a glowing review on the awesomeness of this product!
CHINESE 5 SPICE:
This soap is sultry, spicy and quite intoxicating. It's my husband's soap of choice and I admit to copping a sniff each and every time I climb in and out of the shower. Ahh... glorious scent!
DRY SKIN SOLUTION GM BODY & MASSAGE CREAM:
I had major surgery a few years ago and as a side effect to the general anesthesia, I had incredibly dry skin. I got some of this cream and voila! No more dry skin. Plus, it smells incredibly yummy. I wanted to eat it (but take it from me, it smells MUCH better than it tastes!)
ENFLEURAGE DE PARFUM:
Need a midday pick-me-up? This is just the thing! A cute and tiny little metal slide tin with the heady perfume of quite a few different fragrances. Fits into your purse or pocket and provides your own little circle of peace in the midst of stress and chaos. I adore these!
FRESH LAVENDER AROMASOAP BAR:
Love lavender? Then this soap is a definite MUST have! This isn't your typical medicinal lavender scent - it truly captures a lavender field in full bloom. Bees buzzing, bushes gently moving in the breeze. The sweet, heady aroma of lavender fairly explodes as you lather up with this super scent-sational bar!
GOURMET SALT TRIO:
I love salt. Probably more than I should. But there you have it. And when I simply MUST have a salt fix, this trio is what I'm reaching for. The Santa Fe Mesquite is to die for. An explosion of flavor - it's super terrific on grilled meats. (yum, I'm hungry just thinking about it!) But the other 2 are no slouches!Herbes de Provence - mixed with home mashed taters is like heaven on a fork. (swoon). And the Salam Bombday - my hand's down favorite! Great on everything from grilled meats to steamed veggies. Taste buds rejoice!
HONEY, HEMP N'HOPS HAIR EXPLOSION:
I have thin, fine hair - I hate it, but what can you do? I'm always on the look-out for something that'll give me more body and bounce. I've found it here! This shampoo bar is sheer genius and will plump even the flattest hair. Oh, and of course, it smells divine as well!
I'CD MINT SPA BAR:
Sometimes you just need a clear, crisp scent to clear the head and cleanse the soul. Reach for this. Not only is it super groovy looking, it'll wake you up in a hurry. And you'll feel refreshed and ready to face whatever the day has to throw at you. Ahh... feel the fresh!
JASMINE FLOWER SHEA BUTTER SOAP:
I used to visit my grandparent's farm when I was a wee kiddie and one of my fondest memories is eating home churned ice cream under the jasmine bush. (Jasmine Ice Cream - that might be something tasty!) You've truly not lived until you've bathed with the succulently sweet fragrance of the intoxicating jasmine. This bar is true to scent and would do just as well shoved in your panty drawer. It's also great just to pick up and sniff!
KOMBU SPA DETOX BAR:
Alrighty, I love this bar. The crisp lines between the white and green and the angular lines of the uneven cuts make this bar just scream out to be held and sniffed. And it doesn't let you down - cool. Crisp. Clean. Been to the gym? Toss this in your bag and shower when you're done - the perfect ending to a great workout!
LOVELIGHT BODY CANDLE:
I admit to be a bit of a sceptic about this item. A candle you rub on? Hmm... ouch! But no! First of all, I purchased the Prairie Oat Mint scented one. This is by leaps and bounds my absolute favorite scent. Ever! So this couldn't miss. I lit this baby and let it pool up as instructed then blew it out, counted to 10, and poured it into my cupped hand. Ecstasy. That's all I can say. It was SO smooth and soothing and the aroma was wafting up so I nearly passed out from the deep-sniffing I did. Mine is gone now - so sad. Time to purchase another! Bye-bye dry, flaking, cracked skin. Hello my newest obsession.
MINT 'N HONEY OAT 5-LAYER BODY BAR:
I've already gone into enough detail with my love of oat mint scented products - this one is just another of those. The layers stand out against each other and present a quite striking bar. This is the reason I bought it. But it's in my shower now and is used several times a week. Deliciously scented and a nice, gentle lather. Perfection!
NEROLI ORANGE BLOSSOM HYDROSOL:
Because you can never have enough facial cleansing products - add this one to your must-have list. The delicate scent of orange blossoms surround and soothe you as you gently cleanse your face with this natural, gentle cleanser. Great for removing make-up or as a midday refresher.
ONLY FACIAL SANITIZER:
Got thirsty skin? Dry flaking patches? Rough, bumpy areas? A few applications of this and those will be no more. This is a glorious product - it soaks fully into your skin, leaving behind just smooth and dewy looking skin. Great for all skin types, wrinkled or not! No self-respecting woman should be without her own bottle of Only Facial Sanitizer. ... why are you still here? Hurry up and get ordering already!
PRAIRIE OAT MINT LOFFAH BODY SQUARE:
Uhoh! Another Oat Mint product - imagine that?! Sometimes you need a vigorous scrubbing to really feel refreshed and cleansed. Reach for this. It smells SO yummy (of course!) and is quite invigorating with the loofah embedded. Possibly the most perfect scrub bar. Ever. In the history of the world. (no, I'm not kidding!)
ROSE N' RHASSOUL GENTLE OAT CLEANSER:
Oh yes, I've reviewed this product in the past as well! read it. Washing your face is an important required daily activity so why not make it enjoyable? Rose N' Rhassoul Gentle Oat Cleanser will not only cleanse your skin, the amazing scent will lift your spirits and calm your soul. Washing my face is actually a chore I look forward to when I'm using this product.
SILKENIZER:
If you use your hands for anything, you should also pamper them. This is perfect for a daily or weekly pampering. Use it while you're watching TV or getting a backrub from your partner - whatever the case, it'll soothe and soften your hands like nothing else can. Incredible product...
TRES CHOCOLATE ECSTASY TRIO:
You know you like chocolate - who doesn't?! Feed your chocolate craving with this deluxe trio of gourmet chocolate yumminess. Sip your Haute Chocolate while you nibble on Chocolate Lavender Truffles and Chocolate Lavender Torte. If you've not yet experienced lavender and chocolate together, you simply haven't lived. It's DIVINE.
ULTIMATE LUXURY BODY BAR:
Sometimes you just need to pamper yourself. Maybe it's been a stressful day or perhaps the kids are fighting again and you need to get away from it all. Don't look to Calgon (blech!) - reach for this bar instead. And then Ms Cleopatra, remember me as you reign over your kingdom in serenity and peace.
VANILLA BOURBON & TONKA BEAN:
One look at this bar was all I need to click the ADD TO CART button. I mean, just look at it! It LOOKS decadent. And it is. The scent of this bar is out of this world. I love vanilla but this takes it to a whole 'nother level. Showering with this is like bathing in a cake bakery. And really, can you think of a better place? Yummah!
WASH & SHAVE BAR WITH LAVENDER:
Once I'd used this bar for the first time, my shaving cream went sailing over the shower curtain straight into the garbage can. No more nicks! No more scrapes. No more razor burns. Just a thick and soothing lather that allows my razor to truly glide over my skin. Leaving behind smooth legs without any dry, flaking skin. Genius!
